With Jessica, you’ll get more than a personal trainer. With her background and certifications, she can work with multiple conditions, injuries, limitations and goals and show you how to exercise effectively while ensuring you’re doing everything properly and safely to get the results you’re looking for. She will always work with your goals in mind, as well as injury prevention and postural-related exercises to avoid setbacks and overuse injuries. Whether you’re looking to improve your sports performance or looking to improve your overall health, personal training can help!

As an athletic therapist, I’m here to teach you how to move efficiently and properly, increase your performance, improve your posture, reduce your chance of injury and rehabilitate your existing pain and injuries.

I was a competitive dancer for most of my life. Many times I sought the help of professionals to deal with pain or an injury, but it was an athletic therapist near the end of my dance career who offered positive solutions and worked with me to reach my goals.

It was that interaction that led me to become an athletic therapist. I love helping people feel and move better and I get excited when a simple cue to activate the right muscle makes all the difference. I’m passionate about alignment and have a keen eye for body position.

My sessions are always one-on-one and focus on exercise with manual therapy techniques as needed that can increase range of motion, release tension, improve joint mobility, and reduce swelling. I make sure you understand the cause of your injury or issue and teach you how to fix it.

Work with me, and together we will get you moving and feeling better.
